COCO Padel – Refund Policy
We want every COCO Padel customer to feel confident when purchasing premium Padel rackets and accessories from our global store. This Refund Policy explains return conditions, refund processing, product eligibility, and international return details.
Returns Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. This applies to all Padel rackets, accessories, and apparel.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact support@cocopadel.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product is damaged)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
International Return Fees
- Sweden: 49 SEK
- EU / UK / US: Fixed regional return fee
- Rest of World: Customer covers return shipping
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the product, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
You may exchange an item for another model or product. Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Padel racket arrives damaged or defective, report the issue within 7 days. We will replace the product free of charge.
